@lenadanya demonstrates the application of our newest medium, Gamblin 3-in-1, in a mixture with Quinacridone Red as a foundational layer. This initial thin wash creates a great first pass of paint for the second pass to grab onto. Gamblin 3-in-1, our leanest oil painting medium, is formulated for creating fluid washes and tonal layers. It can be used in varying amounts with oil colors to enhance flow and increase transparency. This medium does not produce a high-gloss finish, drying instead to a subtle, semi-gloss/satin sheen.
