Residents of the State of California have the right to request information from Gamblin regarding third parties to whom the company has disclosed certain categories of personal information during the preceding year for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. At this time, Gamblin does not engage in such disclosures.

Residents of the State of Nevada have the right to opt out of the sale of certain pieces of their information to third parties who will sell or license their information to others. At this time, Gamblin does not engage in such sales.
