Email your completed form to orders@gamblincolors.com or fax it to (01) 503-235-1946. For your protection, do not send your credit card number via email.

We will confirm your order by email or fax. Orders will ship within 8 business days of receipt. Please note: due to shipping restrictions, Gamvar and Galdehyde cannot be shipped overseas by air.
